U think too much. I can see the keyword is "look"

Stop worrying and just keep doing what u had been. 3 days is not 3 months.

it takes weeks for muscle to start getting weaker i reckon. 3 days is nothing. maybe you are just mentally exhausted from the funeral.

Here we go again... hate this shit.

https://scontent-kul1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0...893&oe=57ED97D6

Wed,Thurs - Sat, Sun. There goes 4 of my training days, which is actually 1 microcycle of my 4 weeks mesocycle. Screwing up my 1 month training plan... just because someone wanted to Raya.

Now have to redo the 1 month cycle when the gym reopen. Wasted 1 month.

And people still ask me why my gains suck even after training after 1 year+, here's your answer. Setbacks which I have no control over.

I routinely take 3 to 5 days off every few mths. I find it rejuvenate my body and allows more complete healing.

After a short layoff, I will also get a new zest to hit the gym instead of dragging my lazy ass.

5 days break, there is not much loss in strength, maybe slightly weaker but will get some serious dom.

20 minutes intense workout is adequate to meet the daily goal. In the 20 minutes, don't rest too long, check mobile phone, chat with people.

Obviously TS thought the pump is the muscle he build during the workout session.

"Curl 15 reps, wah my biceps growing leh walaoweh!"
Then
"I curl more I grow faster"
Then a few day rest
"Eh die liao my biceps shrinking, I must curl again"
Then probably turn into unnecessary supplement like casein protein to avoid muscle lost, 1 scoop before sleep, every 2 hours must supply the biceps with protein so it don't shrink, BCAA la bla bla bla.
or
"Eh I'm not growing anymore, I need mass gainer!"

All above happens in 1 month time.

You didn't take 3 days to build muscle, so you definitely won't loose muscle in 3 days. You're probably weak due to mental and physical exhaustion and maybe lost some water weight if you haven't been eating well during those 3 days. Everything will be fine once you get back to your normal routine.
