Update on the MerMini: It's definitely a more wick-fickle tank compared to the GMv3. Getting the right amount AND positioning of the wick for efficient wicking is a lot more a PITA on the MerMini, and it's a lot more spitback-happy if you get it wrong too.

Fod one thing, the lil bugger is definitely in need of a proper JFC. Even a crappy JFC like the one of the GMv3 might have helped make it less wick-sensitive.

But it just looks sooooooo good on the Nano it almost excuses the fact that I need to fiddle with it more. Also, haven't seen much action leak-wise, which is always good... and vapour + flavour have been on point too.

Next to test, the Serp25, though that would probably have to wait until I get tired of tweaking the MerMini. Plus, the 25's 1mm overhang on the Nano keeps on summoning the OCD from inside of me... which is why I'll probably refrain from getting myself an Ammit Dual.

IMHO, it looks good, and S-body/Vapedroid are trustworthy names. That said, I've never been a fan of 28650 mods simply because most 28650 batts just suck. The voltage sag usually makes the supposed extra capacity pretty useless, and the lack of an actual, trustworthy base brand is troubling.

Sure, you can use it with 18650 batts but in that case why get a 28650 mod to begin with? The extra chubbyness is for nothing.

That said, reviews seem pretty OK so far for the C1D2, so it's just a matter of personal preference really.

Wah nice review bro haha. Too bad i cant still wick properly. Every morning there must be leaking for me. Can't wait for your review on Serpent 25. Its on my wishlist too lol. The only bad thing that i heard about Serp mini is the screw kinda break easily?

Anyway, you know about the old Ipvd2? I saw selling on Shopee for rm89 only with battery, is it good for additional mod? Or should i upgrade to dna mod? The only thing i learned about dna mods is their firing mechanism is superior eh?

Nope. Mostly new juice, or at least the stuff I've won ler. Good place to sample new stuff IMHO, if you're good at bidding... and IF the prices don't spiral out of control.

Heck, that's where I got my Mega Volt BTW.

nasrulbond DNA Mods just have cleaner, more stable firing voltage and the ability to customise stuff with eScribe. Other that that it's just a voltage regulator chip just like everything else lol, so it's up to you if you think that it's pros are worth the extra cost.

I don't really join in there much anymore, just when there's something that catches my eye - especially now that I can get my juice fix from Shopee.

But yeah, I do lurk somewhat, looking at what's new.

Wah, I've been lucky ler then. Never really got old stuff from them. Maybe because I got less juice and more hardware from them.

i am using 26650 battery most of the time and it never fails me. C1D2 is not that big compare to other single 18650 mod. it has the flexibility to use 2 different type of battery, which i preferred most since i have both 26650 and 18650.

It will come very handy especially when travelling oversea, eg: i will use 18650 when travelling for the fact that it is lighter and back home i will use 26650, longer lasting.

Put the C1D2 against the smaller Mods in the 18650 brigade (like my Nano or worse, the even smaller Epetite) and it still looks quite a bit chubbier.

I can't say anything against the extra mAhs though: Given the right, non saggy battery (like the iJoy), 26650s DO last longer.

But, otherwise I'll just agree to disagree and leave it to personal preference.

All I've gotten from them so far (2/3, Cync, Mini Volt) has been ok so far. All Ori and unopened.

There's some joybidding jacking up prices sometimes though, but if you're lucky (and we'll informed) you can get below market prices easy. Again, just don't get caught in the frenzy and start overbidding.
