For CIMB bank cash rebate credit card, I make payment (astro, digi, maxis) at the counter by using this cash rebate card. Any min cash rebate? (Not standing instructions one..)

I see... but i have did this for the past 1.5 year, and never got finance charge... sigh

Then the CIMB CS was wrong.

I called them earlier and he told me that the reason I didn't get the 5% cashback was because I used Lazada app & if I purchase from Lazada's website, then I would have gotten the 5%.

Guess better use another card or through PayPal.

It's quite a joke for them to collaborate with Lazada for a co-branded card.
Hope they will get this solved.
