WELL i can recommend u buy maltese or shihtzu .
terrier type u have to consider 1st only buy . make sure u goggle those pure breed characterlistic 1st and research before u buy a puppy .

Basenji is super rare. Only 1 in Malaysia, but they are a barkless dog, superb for apartment coz no noise hahah.... they only whine and make soft noises during play or wanting attention.

It is always best to ask management... if can't rear, then nevermind lah, aim to get your own place like a landed house, then you can have your dream dog hahahah.

They don't bark but they do make noise in a way it doesn't sound like a dog at all hahahah... some say sounds like a human laughing, some say sounds like baby crying....

They may make ok apartment dogs since don't bark, but they need lots of walks and exercise since they are a hunting dog naturally.

They also don't drop fur... a bit like a maltese... so cool hahaha.

We just got a puppy last week and we were training him to eliminate properly..but to no avail and when his in the cage he keeps whining even though we're nearby... can someone teach us the right and proper way to train a puppy...
