I think congest is not my problem because im not living in middle of big city, just trying to get something more stable connection since right now the speed is up and down like download speed at IDM running from 600-700kbps and jump to 1.8mbps-2.4mbps then drop to zero
Maybe because my modem dongle is inside the window, thus im thinking about antenna. So maybe can tarik more coverage from outside
i still consider myself lucky when i150 can give me better speed than my 2mb streamyx
No harm to try, if you willing to invest, antenna is not expensive. BTW, what is your modem?

Your signal very strong already. Download speed show at IDM x 8 that mbps speed. Let download ubuntu latest iso during peak hours and early morning but not weekend. That is your max speed. Below 30mbps is LTE band 3. 4G LTE yagi (Metteor-Link) 2600mhz single band may help. Its band 7 or No Service.

why my place band 7 quite slow 10-15mbps. but band 3 can get up to 25mbps. maybe band 7 have weak penetrate over wall
I am planning to subscribe to this digi 150 plan. I have a few questions related to network setup. Does anyone has any idea whether this setup will work?
See my current setup and how I want it to change. The 4g lte modem/router will be placed further from the living room, near window to get higher reception. Gigabit lan cable is not possible in my case, so I have to add a wireless router in between to connect by wireless. I am also not sure how/where to set the dns(adblock server) in this case.

Why dont just replace the ADSL to 4G router, and use external antenna put outside the windows? Much simple and more efficent way.

Because free cable that comes with external antenna cannot be longer than 2m, otherwise there will be signal loss. I need to put the 4g lte router close to the window, which is upstairs, to make matter difficult it is a different house.
That's some complex setup there,what about using adblock feature on custom firmware router like tomato?
On my current setup, it works similarly that way. I already setup my adblock server as the primary dns in Lede (a fork of OpenWRT) which is a vm in the server. But not sure how can I do it in the new setup.

Hmm... not sure how is your situation but if me, i will think some solutions just replace the ADSL to 4G. I see your current setup, should be no problem, but increase some ping. Quality cable for antenna can reach to 10m. Cat 6 Lan can reach up to 100m. What do different house mean? Next door or opposite street?

Upstairs is a different house. (imagine a shop house) I just want to "tumpang" my 4g lte there because it has better signal and speed. So gigabit lan cable is not an option. I just want all my devices, desktop and server can connect to the internet.

i80 is a legacy now. If i were you, i will keep it. At least it can become single pc broadband. I think if can transfer ownership, many willing to buy.
If you've got spare routers from your streamyx day, just reuse again Or just use vpn client for windows for bt
streamyx metal box can use as VPN? meaning to say I use B310 to get the line then pass to the metal box router setup with VPN then only connect to the rest of my devices?? Planning to bypass US Netflix using my samsung tizen operated smart tv without android box.
