Anyone can help? When I try to register this plan, got this error.

Sorry, an error has occurred.

Overdue amount exists.

When I check my Webe account, my billed is RM(14.50), look like I overpaid the Webe bill. How can I resolve this?

Youll just have to try....i moved the antenna and modem all around my house to find the best possible consistent signal.good luck...i hope u have the same success..

no modem here..dont know which one to get..scare signal not good..wanna reduce total lose lol....

4g only give me less than 10Mbps...maybe too many user and no lte-a

When there is new network, every telco will reallocate the bandwitdh. Because you have no LTE yet, the 3G network still in old setting. Before LTE, some areas can reach 10-30m with 3G.

Hi, got something to ask.

I ordered my Infinite sim card last Tuesday and until today have not received any
notice except for the receipt, Called CS and he said usually takes about 7 days.

Did you receive any tracking number beforehand or did you just receive the shipment without it? Any case of it taking this long or is it just normal?

if it is just a new sim card, just go to any digi store and get a new sim, i manage to do that at C180 digi store there
when the other sim arrive just ignore it cos it will become dummy

That's strange. I ordered mine on Monday's past midnight (Tuesday already), got it on Wednesday's morning. In KL though.

Anyone signed up the plan recently? I wanna sign up the plan but it says no longer valid during check out.

Yes, peoples get error message for registering i150 since yesterday. But not sure system error or stop selling the plan already.

Yes, that is the norm from what I heard. The CS has not been very helpful
