If I am correct... register under principal card only ... then all swipe from both supp and principal counted together for max rm50 cb only... Based on my recent statement on Quantum MC, "Lazada KUALA LUMPUR MYS" was eligible for cashback without the need to call CS for rectification. I believe they have resolved the issue.
But I can't be sure for the same on 6x/10x swipe promo cashback though.

Hmm...didn't occur to me that there could be multiple treatments on different orders.  |
