Bill payments for Digi and TNB - I've do this nearly every week and its always gotten cashback. In fact, in the same statement I have 6 other Shopee bill payments (in April). All of those qualified.

I will only use Shopee for TNB and UM (with 7% discount) and also entitle for 5x/8x swipe.. if really so unlucky that didn't get 6%, I still get cashback from swipe more campaign. So, I will try luck for that..

Interesting. I just sent my follow-up e-mail to PBB. If they're taking so long to reply, it could be that the problem is at their end instead of Shopee. Fingers crossed. I want my money!

Same situation for me, 6 swipes over 3 cards on 8-May affected. Reported on 11-May n subsequently received a call fr Ms.Ying that she will submit my case for further checking. Told her that I was informed all transaction with OTP are considered as Online transaction.

I have already stopped using Shopee, after I checked with PBB customer service that all my transcations with Shopee from 1st May onwards (including last week and 2 week ago) only earn points instead of 6% cash.

some forumers experienced some (not all) transactions are not entitled for 6% cash back, you are the first one to report that all the transactions excluded from cash back.

So far all my May shopee transactions were excluded from 6% CB in my latest 10May statement but no problem for those in April. Same for all my supps.

Can't wait to get my statements on the 2nd of June to check if all my Shopee transactions will get the 6% CB. Been running out of things to spend for the Promo and have to resort to advance bill payments.

After this week, its just 8 weeks left!  RM3,200 of spending to plan for lol.

Update based on my latest statement:

Shopee transaction on 15 May not entitled for 6% cashback for both principal and supplementary card, but, shopee transaction on 22 May & 29 May entitled for 6% cashback. There must be some system issue on 15 May 2017.. all shopee transaction are via mobile app.. All my shopee transaction carried the same description: Shopee Malaysia SINGAPORE SG

yes, all my cashback for Shopee apps burnt for May 2017. CS confirmed that and she mentioned only web based Shopee transaction entitles for cash back.

Anyone got cashback from Shopee apps pls let me know so that I can call back and complaint.

Hopefully the cashback promo is replaced with another promo, managed to get full RM 50 cashback weekly from week 2 till now. And, so many transactions via shopee...

Yes I nearly got full house too except for 2 weeks RM20. Planning my Monday swipes has become a routine for me now. Can't believe next week will be the end of it.
