I see. At first they would just pay wave. It just happened recently when I shop around Kepong, in Aeon Big and some pharmacy. They told me to enter pin for better security and added they received lots of complaints. Im not sure whats the complaints all about when its just small value items.

According to PBB CS, even though Shopee transactions requested for OTP, but Shopee submitted to PBB as mail order transactions so not qualify for 6% CB. My 8-May shopee trx all disqualified.

luckily i dont target much using Shopee, except for TNB which is 1-2 times per month. the rest, i prefer each own portal.

saving a bit in Shopee, but possibility of losing 6%/5% from PBB 

pbb vs can mah, reload at jaya grocer. but each reload will incur rm0.53 fee.
problem only happen intermittently or randomly. doesnt impact all shopee transactions.

Yay, I complained that my shopee Monday morning transactions got registered as Sunday instead, sent them my shopee receipts to show Monday transaction, finally they credited the missing promo cashback!

Sharing my 10 weeks CB of RM50 for with the following spend:

3) Wk 3 - Shopee x 3 for Maxis and Unifi, One Shop (One Utama gift card) x 5

cs told me minimum for sms notification is rm500 and cannot less. I thought we can change to rm1?

For my case, didnt get 6% cash back for my Shopee transactions on 8 and 15 May 2017 (I only use supp cards for Shopee on these dates) with PBVS. Gotten 6% cash back for Shopee transactions on 22 & 29 May and 5 Jun 2017. Sent email to PBB (Ying) and see whether will get back the 6% cash back or not.

See above... mamamia confirmed got cash back also for some transactions via shopee app... hmmmm... looks like it is very inconsistent for shopee....

So to update on this situation, in fact the problem was as stated below:-

What nonsense is this, I have so many lazada purchases so far with no issue. I replied to ask for more clarification. Also I did have a 'spare' steam games transaction, not sure why they didn't mention it at all.

not really, always tried not to exceed RM840 since that means no more 6% cb. but with quantum also, that means overall spending increases a bit.
