I know.. My wife digi infinite 150 no throttle...
But few user report this kind of throttle.. I think maybe due to congested network

Yeah. If it is because of congestion then it is okay.

What i hate the most is intentionally trottled speed.

Can anybody share apn setting for mi max.
Coz webe can not send internet setting sms to my phone.
Now my phone internet very slow...
Any help are very much appreciated...

if i have check for my house coverage under Webe website, which it have 4G, will it be ok in term of speed?

now on celcom, but data too limited.

i have moved from Maxis to Webe and now i cannot get Calls from my family and friends . Some areas are not receivable. My house especially is worst.
Caller will received Not in Service message all the time..

they advised me to change phone to test, i even did what they told me and the problem also the same with other phone. ranting.gif

Worst still, Webe took 2 weeks now and unable to solve my complaints. Keep saying sorry and saying the technical teams are looking at it .
When their technician called me, they got through when i was in a city. Then they file the report as can get through me. Im so pissed with them when they don't really listening to my grouses that i could not get any calls when im at home. ranting.gif

seriously, their service is quite bad. ranting.gif ranting.gif ranting.gif

Since Webe has no contract, u should have tried out with a new Webe number first. Only MNP if u r satisfied.

after lodged complaint to mcmc last week, today received the call from webe cs, telling me that they will process refund to me within 90 days lol..! how dare they said if amount less than rm10 cannot refund.. the amount may look small to one people, if most of the people just don care, then those amount all go into webe just like that.. really pandai kira.. sad.gif not see if owe them less than rm10 then not need pay.. mad.gif

i don't know if this is the solution for it. My friend using webe has the same issue like yours. Can't call in but data is fine. He went over to tm point and change a new SIM CARD and now everything works like a charm. No harm on trying plus they did not charge for sim card exchanges. Hopes this help.
