QUOTE(hackwire @ Apr 10 2017, 11:41 AM) I wanted to move out soon, but i want to know the bottom of their services and what caused this problem. Since Webe has no contract, u should have tried out with a new Webe number first. Only MNP if u r satisfied.im still with webe , week 2 of complaint already. my customers are using whatapps to contact me now. their data was fine. just that they couldn't called me . |

QUOTE(MichaelJohn @ Apr 10 2017, 10:04 PM) If you're staying/working in the area where webe LTE is supported, it's good once you go mobile (like me travelling from city to city) it gets frustrating as it goes from LTE to Celcom 3G (as stated by webe about their broadband) |

Is it so difficult to state whether it is WebeB (broadband) or WebeM (mobile) so readers do not have to second guess?

QUOTE(al_madd @ Apr 27 2017, 08:48 PM) You can see at webe community at Facebook... There are users that can get speed 50-80mbps at Klang valley and johor bharu But what is the point of having such speed if WebeM throttle the speed for bandwidth hungry applications like streaming/downloading/youtubing.This post has been edited by MGM: Apr 28 2017, 07:21 AM |

QUOTE(GameSky @ Jun 15 2017, 08:12 AM) I compare RN4 & RN4x at GSMarena and found that both have exactly same spec n all the 3 bands 5,38 & 40 but wonder all 3 bands will work with Webe.Offtopic: For a price diff of rm200 compare with Malaysian Set, the imported one will work on all these 3 bands? |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Jul 2 2017, 09:44 AM) isnt the screenshot already explained? Good job.-RM106 is upfront payment +RM143.65 is the 1st bill charges (the current charges total missing the +RM0.02, confusing to read total balance to pay is RM37.65 lor, since upfront payment not enough to cover the 1st bill charges ma. simple maths. the right question to ask is, why RM143.63 charges? go read the bill details in the selfcare. here's from from what i calculated: prorated webe mobile = RM139.30 (10 Jun - 30 Jun, 21 days, both dates inclusive) prorated #webenow = RM-84.00 (10 Jun - 30 Jun, 21 days, both dates inclusive) advance webe mobile = RM199.00 (1 Jul - 31 Jul) advance #webenow = RM-120.00 (1 Jul - 31 Jul) additional usages = RM1.20 (to be confirmed by you, read the bill charges) currrent charges = RM135.50 6% GST for RM135.50 = RM8.13 total = RM143.63 => RM143.65 (+RM0.02 rounding adjustment to nearest 5sen) upfront payment = RM106.00 total balance to pay = RM143.65 - RM106.00 = RM37.65 note: from estimated calculation above, did you make any calls to special number or IDD or premium SMS, total worth RM1.20? fyi, local fixed+mobile charges are FOC. |
