Not sure the accuracy of this info that webe might increase the fee for new subscribers at RM129 per month after this.

Don't care.

They dig their own grave. whistling.gif
Slower speed & no improvement.
Better roll out faster new spectrum that can cover LTE Band 5 slow speed. 20Mbps is not enough for user to stream. Congest is really pain... sad.gif

Speed > coverage

Deswai other telco don't want to implement Band 5 bandwidth.. doh.gif

Yaa, don't f care if webe gonna hike up the price to RM129 or RM179.

Indeed they're diggin their own grave (they probably don't f care much about this mobile business venture, since Unifi subscribers are growing, that's their main source of profits)

With the price hike, this could also to control new sign up since their network is already congested.

Yep, can see their direction of "Unifying webe".. Lol
That's why webe CEO got FRIED.
I'm eager to see their Unifi prepaid plan though.

Because even a extremely heavy user like me struggling to hit 50GB of usage in a mth.

I really dont know how u can hit 100GB a mth. If u use your phone doing normal stuff, its very hard to use 100GB without using any sort of VPN.

Torrent is throttled. Youtube loads smoothly on 420p.

Since I drive alot gng outstation, i stream alot of movies while driving.

Even then i cant hit 50GB /mth. So u tell me la what u do to hit 100GB/mth. Tak logic

I don't know why you claim yourself as extremely heavy user.

btw, I just subscribed to Webe. Not received Sim yet, just ordered.

Currently I am using Hotlink Fast 30/-. Free 1GB happy Hour every day. I watch Amazon prime TV Video Series. Just 30 min of FullHD viewing will deplete the 1GB data. Everyday I need to addon another 1GB data to complete watching a 40-60 min episode.

2GB per day x 30 days = 60GB per mth. And I consider myself an average user. If you struggle to hit 50 GB per mth then you shouldn't call yourself a extremely Heavy User. You are just an average user.

Limited selection currently, but they got some good exclusives. I am just trying for 6 mths, because of the earlier offer they gave (roughly RM12/- p.m depending on the currency rate each mth).

I am not using any VPN/DNS because I don't intend to continue after 6 mths, by then the normal rate would be 3-4X more.

I subscribed when the prime video was just rolled out globally and that show just came out on december
Maybe it took some time before available internationally
Something that netflix does better with their original shows

Good thing I could stream hd even on vpn
