Eh i thought webe 4g only support LTE BAND 5. So its mean phone with band 38 and 40 also can get 4G signal?

how about coverage for band 38 and 40? Same as band 5?

Update: got the answer. They said band 5 got more coverage than band 38 and 40
*
Band 5, for coverage
Band 38 & 40 for speed.

Then CA all 3 band smile.gif

Webe users, im planning to subscribe to webe

i was told the 1st month bill would be x2, which means you're paying for 1 month extra?

if i plan to terminate it, how do i get the payment back?

i was being told the 106 is waived for me cos im unifi customer
hence my first month bill will be 79 + 79
*
same like unifi bill: current month (prorated) + next month. at most would be 79 (this month) + 79 (next month).

since you register after contacted by TM, then no upfront payment collected.

if you plan to terminate, you would get refund back to your bank account. you must tell the agent to refund back during your chat with them to terminate service.

They know Band 5 won't work here because Malaysia like faster speed. Not turtle speed up to 20Mbps only.

Average speed you get is 2-5Mbps... sad.gif
Atleast give Band 3( speed up to 75Mbps)... doh.gif doh.gif

Webe can't even deploy band 3, they don't have bandwidth allocation on that spectrum.

Hi, I just started using webe on my oneplus 2. But it wont connect to 4g at all. Only stuck at H+. No idea why.

Tried and research both webe site and oneplus 2 details. Still got no solution.

Had a chat with webe customer support. Still no solution.

Anyone here have any idea?

What about on other phones, or it's just happening on your OP2?
Locking to LTE only also not helping?

Just found out my OnePlus 2 is China model (A2001) which does not support LTE band 5, unlike their US and EU model (A2003 & A2005).

Anyway, thanks for your help bro. Just ported out from Webe tadi lol

Stupid webe getting suck and sucker everyday. Capped lower than 2mbps. Faking getting into my nerves already. Feels like porting out to other telco already.

I know this speed test not 100% accurate but u can feel the difference tho.

Sak kok la webe.

Anyone having problem with using the 10GB tethering data currently? I'm unable to use it despite when I'm within their 4G coverage. Haven't use the paid add-on yet to see if it works or not. Previous month and before no problem to tether though
