QUOTE(slyztercore90 @ Jul 24 2017, 02:18 AM) i dint get why some of you guys defend webe so much, why so jilat jilat Webe. if webe dont want their customer to use more than 100tb a month then why use tagline "99999999999999gb" its clearly webe just scam you guys. you not abusing the network if you use it only on the phone because why? it webe mobile. they state you can have 9999999999999gb data. why would you abuse since that their tagline. as how to achieve 100tb in a month. it easy, i want to watch movie but i dont want to watch on phone. i just download it through ADM. it CLEARLY using mobile. what wrong with that. it still in their tagline "9999999999999999999999gb" 1080p movie about 1-2gb. a day 5 movie, a mont 150gb. it still on their tagline "9999999999999gb" data. if your dont want your customer use unlimited quato dont use tagline like that. just say 100gb data. dont just jilat jilat webe when they clearly laughing saying we give 9999999999gb but we caps it at 100gb aiyah, port out lo. may good plans out there, no need webe also can. i treat webe like a baby. i can tolerate now. but once you are maturing into a stable telco, i set my expectation differently.

Heard that using webe to play king of glory (Chinese Version) is very smooth. I had signed up for WebeB, waiting for my mifi to arrive. The problem is after i ordered the mifi, i found that it only support 38/40 band but not 5, not sure if my area (Skudai,Johor) supported 38/40B. Anyone?
Thanks

QUOTE(KeyWest @ Jul 24 2017, 03:20 PM) Anyone manage to use Tplink TL-MR6400 with webe broadband? Can it be used ? That router only supports B1/B3/B7/B8/B20/B38/B39/B40/B41 So no support band 5. Unless your area has Webe band 40. You're out of luck I'm afraid. Go for Huawei E5172s-515. That's one of the cheapest routers that support band 5.

QUOTE(Mr Gray @ Jul 25 2017, 10:44 PM) Hahahaha, return that router and find something that supports band 5. Already msg the seller, let's c how it goes... But i chat with Webe support, they said as long as the device supports 38/40 it will be fine. Not sure if it is true Orimila webebroadband operates on LTE Band 5/38/40. 11:01:06 p.m. LEE so as long as the device support any of these band, it should be no problem right? 11:01:26 p.m. Orimila The band is the device specification whether it support these bands or not. 11:01:34 p.m. Yes, correct. 11:01:40 p.m. LEE ok thank you This post has been edited by DiVaio: Jul 25 2017, 11:02 PM

From the press conference that we saw, Webe mentioned that they play to deploy more band 40 LTE sites this year, but nobody knows for sure how's the progress of that. And about band 38, has it been officially announced anywhere by Webe? I don't think so. As such, it remains the fact the dominant LTE network for Webe at this point in time is band 5, unless we are proven otherwise. I only know YES 4G operates on band 38 and 40. I don't think any other carrier has bandwidth on 38. But correct me if I'm wrong. This post has been edited by Mr Gray: Jul 25 2017, 11:41 PM

No news yet for them to deploy Band 38 LTE.
