Been using webe for a while now.. and recently
the speed for youtube is decreasing. Before this 480p video load no problem. Now 360p or 240p for certain video are the only videos that are buffering free. This restriction I've noticed only on H+ and if you got 4G the 480p speed is still fine. I've check the speed before this for videos it is 1.2mpbs on average, now its only 700kbps on average. So no wonder 480p videos no longer load smoothly. Have contacted webe but they denied it. So yeah.
As I live in an area where the 4G coverage is just about gone(just about at the end of the 4g coverage area), I rarely get 4G and mostly H+. So with that being said, slow video, the 10gb lte mobile hotspot is practically useless.
So I wonder what good is it if webe provide unlimited quota but kept on limiting the speed.
For all new potential webe subscriber, yeah sure the quota is unlimited, but the 4G speed and coverage is limited. So if you dont mind having slow but unlimited internet go for it. But if you want fast, reliable limited internet and coverage go with other telco. Now the quota for other telco are also not bad.
