got some workers walking around the podium floor but thats about it... been weeks never see any progress from there.. add 10 more months from covid extension... would they able to complete by then?

Any idea what is the site progress now ? Pass by yesterday seem like no progress. and saw the contractor and consultant team have changed, sell to other developer ? Any idea anyone ?

2) How far to completion wonder if developer got any timeline

Actually this location is very good, but just wonder when is this project going to complete. the site progress look like the same from last year, possible to claim delay for buyer ? The opposite project started at the same time, but completed last year. haha

this location...it is even feasible to walk to the train station or kuchai shops? it is in the middle of many main roads. All development along this stretch does not do well. Feel sorry for all buyers here. Especially sorry because i believe majority wip buyers are buying for own stay instead of investment
