Bank will not perform site visit to validate the architect certificate as it’s not a requirement to do so, if thing goes south then it’s buyer to goes after architect and not bank

the progress seems come back already, and highly possible they gotten the covid extension from KPKT.. so its up to them to chase the new deadline kot...
