Some even can do 1 floor in 5 days. You can take Aset Kayamas and UOA as reference. Of course there are also many other builders are very performing supported with their management experience and strong financial background. You may refer UOA United Point Residence (UPR). Many nearby projects start earlier than UPR, but UPR is now overtaking and having VP now. Somemore UPR is a mixed development with mall. The project complexity is few level up. They are agile and very adaptive to changes. |

You can expect every thing you buy is perfect. Even God also can't create flawless human. Defect is made by human, neither build too slow or fast. In my opinion, the competency of builder and developer manage the project is the most important. Secondly, it is how responsive the developers take action to the defects to maintain their reputation. |
