At launch in 2017 I urged people in this thread not to buy Ritz because of the super-weird layout and some other issues. Sad to see how slow the progress has been, and people starting to wonder about the developer. Hope things will work out well for the buyers.

Actually I did warn all in this thread too and they have too many creditors queuing up to file legal cases against them. Something is very wrong here but the agents kept on pacifying the buyers saying that it is the competitors' strategy to ruin the company image etc. Time will tell...

developer wont la, most probably maincon/subcon first as they still need to fork out money for delivered material and their bangla

Top builders always can complete typical floor 1 week 1 floor without fail. Equally average can achieve 1 month 4 floors. Once structure completed, estimated to add another 6-8 months the earliest to complete architectural works, t&c, CCC, VP and etc. For me, this shall be baseline for a very performing builder.

I wanna buy that project to save interests.

there are somes, even a month with 5 floors.

1 floor 1 week is very common now. Some even can do 1 floor in 5 days. You can take Aset Kayamas and UOA as reference. Of course there are also many other builders are very performing supported with their management experience and strong financial background.

You may refer UOA United Point Residence (UPR). Many nearby projects start earlier than UPR, but UPR is now overtaking and having VP now. Somemore UPR is a mixed development with mall. The project complexity is few level up. They are agile and very adaptive to changes.

In Chinese we say even a hand has long and short fingers. You can expect every thing you buy is perfect. Even God also can't create flawless human.

Defect is made by human, neither build too slow or fast. In my opinion, the competency of builder and developer manage the project is the most important. Secondly, it is how responsive the developers take action to the defects to maintain their reputation.

Heard the site is stop work now, not sure is covid or developer financial problem. Heard this project developer bad reputation and financial problem, no money pay contractor.
