Normally how long will know the result after paid the deposit 3k?
I applied on 8th March and as of now still pending when I check from rumawip online. sad.gif

I'm not sure what SA promised you. The road condition from Ritz to Kuchai station is very dangerous for me as jst next to highways and a lot of vehicles, and also the distance is about 800m based on google map... Maybe you go there around for recce.

I doubt got enough space by the road to build a walkway.
For me this project is not walkable to MRT station.

i rmb gt one guy keep brag this rumawip the best... pricing good... near to mrt bla bla bla... its not even run-able to mrt station leh.... any rumawip project also can be better than this liao.... laugh.gif laugh.gif

Agree. When I went to TBS from Kuchai last week, I noticed the road condition from golden sun kuchai to ritz seems not walkable.
If really building a walkway for it, the developer has to spend quite much money.....

After pay deposit , developers will help me submit documents and sumpah ( free of charge) around one week I received dbkl email ( agent will inform ) then proceed ballot and apply loan

Just got an status update on last friday - Tawaran Unit. rclxms.gif

Now waiting for ballot and the next would be the loan application.
Do you guys know roughly how long to complete all these things?
Cant wait to have my first home. tongue.gif

Upon register, you'll need to pay deposit (some said only 3K but mine was 15K) and agent will help you apply for RUMAWIP. This is the long period that you may need to wait about 1-2 months. If you successfully got the offer, developer will invite you for balloting. After you got your unit, you may start look for bank for housing loan application. For my case, approval was done after 1-2 week I submitted my supporting documents (vary for individuals, please make sure your credit scoring is good before you apply or else it will be hassle). Take note that loan legal fees are not free, bank may offer lawyer but is optional. Same goes to MRTA, it is optional but some of the bank will force you to take it. Try to find out clearly of all the hidden charges from bank.

I have just done balloting and obtained a unit too.. now in the midst of compiling documents for bank loan.. but to be honest, i agree that based on the landscape now, it is not quite possible to walk to the future mrt station.. until and unless the covered walkway told by the agent will really be built by the developer (which there is no black and white anywhere), this project is not mrt walking distance.. and from what i noticed on Google maps, yes this piece of land is surrounded by highways and there is only one way in and one way out for now, and on this small piece of land, ritz is already the second high rise condo.. not sure if the landscape will change in the future.. i am really wondering why are there so many new projects in the area (the leafz, the suites starz, kuchai east, ritz communities, etc etc).. maybe because it's close to the future mrt stations and bandar malaysia?

There are 4 condos in a row, side by side...
1) Ritz
2) The Starz
3) Central Residences
4) Kenwingston Avenue

Before Ritz land, there is a quite big land...dunno if any developers will buy that land and build any high-rise condo in the future...

Thanks for adding to my point.. yeah exactly, a lot of new projects in that piece of land.. there might be something about this area that i overlooked? or just because it's in between two mrt stations? hmmm confused.gif
