After pay deposit , developers will help me submit documents and sumpah ( free of charge)  around one week I received dbkl email ( agent will inform )  then proceed ballot and apply loan

Paid 3k for registration & I've done balloting.
and just received loan from UOB.
now, I need to settle another rm27k for the deposit + loan agreement fee which costs me around rm6k++.

Did anyone has made all the payment? any advice?

If u have a friend who is a lawyer. Go KPKT check this developer obtain any APDL.

I know KPKT have a online website to check but i havent done it before. Normally i just checked straight from KPKT.
