Actually for an area under UniFi no changes at the equipment side.OLT is for fibre optic.

For VDSL, TM just upgrades their DSLAM to support VDSL.

Just curious, those with fiber (HSBB), if you really want 10Mbps,why not go for Maxis Fiber? It's cheaper and they dont have the ridiculous rulings about availability. And as long as UniFi is available, Maxis Fiber should be available too

Maxis Fiber is only good if you are in an area where the infra belongs to Maxis
Outside of their area, they are the worse of all 3

UniFI Lite RM149 has the voice call 20 included. Base Price=RM99 + HyppTV RM30 + Voice 20 RM 20 =RM149

That's really cheap for budget user.

Because for normal usage, 10Mbps is actually quite good enough.
