but I'm getting 20-30mbps max, whereas others are getting close to 100mbps,
Is it normal or due to congestion?

Is there any extra charge for first timer to purschase 150 infinite? I cannot open Digi website at office rn (but lowyat can pulak adoi) cause after office i straight wanna go buy this sim. At store got right?

As long as you are on DiGi 4G or 4G+ network, VoLTE should be available.

By area, not all area 4G+ will be ultra fast

VoLTE is only enabled for certain models.

I'm in 4G. But Volte not available. Does this caused by basestation?
The fastest I see is 37mbps in my area.
Is Volte based on Phone Model or DiGi Base Station?
What is the  Android model current supported? I see only mate 9 in DiGi website. Is Mate 9 the only Android phone supported by DiGi for Volte?
Yes, HD and FullHD is enough even with Streamyx 4Mbps.

harlow, wanted to ask if anyone got suffer from this problem .i mnp to digi infinite 150. all is working well except personal hotspot. i am able to on the personal hotspot on my phone which is iphone 6s plus. My computer able to connect to the network but there is no internet connection.

contacted digi customer service. they say i need to get hotspot pass. but there is no hotspot pass in my mydigi apps to choose. they open a case for me ady. but i just wanna know anyone know how to solve this? tq

Planning to get 150 plan, does watching Kodi realiable with this plan as you said it is a lot p2p... unless i need to use it with vpn..
