harlow, wanted to ask if anyone got suffer from this problem .i mnp to digi infinite 150. all is working well except personal hotspot. i am able to on the personal hotspot on my phone which is iphone 6s plus. My computer able to connect to the network but there is no internet connection.

contacted digi customer service. they say i need to get hotspot pass. but there is no hotspot pass in my mydigi apps to choose. they open a case for me ady. but i just wanna know anyone know how to solve this? tq

got it figured out. my computer is connected to getflix vpn. and it blocked the connection. no wonder i cant online with my computer.
And the digi customer service told me i need to get the hotspot pass. ZZZzzzz... all
