Went on https://store.digi.com.my/storefront/mnp-activate.ep. Whenever i clicked on " I've received the SIM, it shows, " your sim will delievered in 2-4 days, when your sim is delivered check back to this page "

Received my Simcard, It's been one day and i have no way to activate it... called CS, told me that they sent the email over, went to the portal, clicking on the " I've receive my simcard " doesnt work..
Changing of plans, still not in effect also.... |

Guys, I'm wondering if my area is under LTE-A based on http://new.digi.com.my/services/4g-lte-coverage
but I'm getting 20-30mbps max, whereas others are getting close to 100mbps, Is it normal or due to congestion? Using I7+ for reference. |

Yeah, just get it online they'll send the Simcard to your house tomorrow, no contracts, but need to pay RM318 upfront as new sub

It's like this, They prioritise :
1. New customer 2.MNP 3.Changing of plans. They welcome new $$ before changing existing customers' plan. Even my change plan, haven't been processed yet.. |
