nah, this kind of people have a lot of things to download just for the sake of downloading. or he might share it together with friends. or like somebody posted b4, tether and use for cybercafe

no need to put limit... just monitor those traffic hoggers.. sometimes we also may need to use some extra bandwidth but it is not often. So dont just because of 1-2 ppl, everybody needs to share the foil.

I stream everyday (netflix/youtube/kodi) also I need around 150GB only. 500GB already too much for me.
