this is not the icemanfx used to hang around in 201X, the way she argued/commented, the language/grammar etc. has changed. may be her account was taken over by someone. only the hates for cbj (forever 20 blocks are going to be VPed) are still remained.

So how is the cyberjaya nowadays? Long time didn't go back to here. I remember many of my colleagues purposely went to queue up to grab the unit in Shaftesbury. How is there doing now?

Much more lively compared to a few years ago but still maintain the peace and quiet at night and weekends. A lot more cars on the roads especially after Telekom Malaysia moved their HQ there. Food wise got more choices nowadays but still can’t be like PJ or Puchong. Chinese food are still not much but improving as you even got bak kut teh.

In the first place it would like to be industry hub, PM4 invited everybody to come in. So it build houses too, people moving in. But now most MNCs already run away (to KV), become satellite city for people working in KV. But now Tesla coming in & just announced data centre. Seems like PMX want it to stay alive. Maybe CBJ was his idea back in 1997 hmm.gif

Satellite city to putrajaya. In a sense putrajaya isnt an organic city and government dumping money there to make it happen.

Yes government is spending tax money there in your so call ulu place. Hope government continue spending for tram services.

This was already addressed few months back when you said cyberjaya was developed the same time as puchong
Only for me to remind you that puchong thrived in 1940s as KG Baru batu14 , even way back then in early 1900s they already had immigrants forming KG Palas ( can’t recall the exact name)

This is in essence very different from cyberjaya which was solely controlled and gazetted by MOF with SH and CV in charge of the development. It was only post 2011 where they opened up to private initiatives , and you see an explosion of private companies rushing in. This was exactly the root of the problem when you have lesser known and to put it colloquially “lousy” developers creating less desired developments which people confused as a representation of the whole township.

According to boomer, puchong was a plantation, a place for wild animal meats until early 1990's and ioi only started to develop at about the same time as cbj.

cbj infrastructure was constructed and residence was available decade before 2011. cbj master developer only opened to other developers from 2011. these developers rushed to build in cbj were to ride on poorperly bull run and irrational buyers.
