i think the safe way to buy cyberjaya is buy auction property.

not worth to buy new project as it will always drop value afterward. since most local don't appreciate cyberjaya

how long will it take for me to travel from cyberjaya to bandar utama and which route is the best for me to take ? . I do know that LDP are heavy during peak hour.

Currently im looking to buy houses for own stay and Cyberjaya seems very good for me since there are lot of cheap option .

you can opt for elite highway but it is also jam like F during peak hour

1 hour travel time is a norm

so either that ( elite ) or LDP

I enjoy the peace and serinity in cyber, roads are big and of a more “modern” design, with no problem having a jog in public at 5-7pm.

I have property in KV’s hotspot, and it would be so out of place/akward to be jogging around, forced to move in out of traffic, some extremely small lane even for jogging, and just plain congestion.

CBJ is a shit place with foreigners who will constantly fk with you. All, please stay the fk away from my cyber, and don’t even consider moving here. Let me alone suffer on all your behalf ok.

Hmm most of my properties are in Subang and PJs but decided to stay in Cyberjaya because the same concept is not available there
