Global entrepreneurship community summit 2017 will be here in KLCC on 12-13-Dec. I attended last year, it was very good, cyberview was there to invite ideas for smart cities and they said they will provide testing opportunities and sponsor winning ideas (I am not sure the execution part), but at least they are doing something about it, this year they will be there again, good to go for anyone interested in cbj, or any other topics.

Recently my uncle shared with me his story. Many many years ago, he viewed a new housing development in Bandar Utama selling at 180k, he did not buy, few years later, the BU housing priced at about 500k and he decided to buy, and he laughed at himself why he didn't buy earlier, many people told him not worth it already. Now, his unit worth 2 millions. If you still think property price will drop and decided to wait, that is your choice, everyone responsible for his own decision.

Don't quarrel lah....in forum we take each other comments, learn and do our own judgement. Nothing is perfect in everyone eye.
I am going to move to cbj soon because I find it suits my family but not everyone will like it. I actually hope no other people will move into cbj in coming years so the school and roads are not so crowded but I see so many constructions are going on....As it is, i like the union school for my kids (1 session and not so many students now), the klia transit and mex etc. for me to travel to work, the Tamarind Square for grocery (they sell good variety of fruits), the park in cbj, the house.....
I saw the King Henry International school nearby my house is so big and nice, always wondering really have so many rich people in cbj?? Any taiko know who are actually their targets?
