i purchased world cup pass for 120rm. I have win10 laptop and latest chrome. Downloaded the player extensions. Trying to watch qualify matches which was broadcasting but only audio in coming NO video. I am using unifi 50mbps LAN connection. what happened?

I had the same no video only audio problem on chrome.
I just let it play for a while and eventually the video stream will appear. It took like 2-3 minutes in my case. If you get the failed to load video or something like that error, go to settings in your chrome browser and enable hardware decoding if it's somehow disabled. |

Where should I complain? Since I pay for the pass and it’s absolutely not working. Where to complain to force Astro give refund instead of trying to turn it to user problem

I'm using it with my android TV box and ipad.
Android seems disconnected frequently and sometimes can't reconnect back. But on my ipad is smooth and clear. No disconnection at all. Seems like the app is buggy for android. |
