Hi everyone, For those who have Astro on the go account please help me to check whether you can view any live channels or play any tv shows or movies from Astro on the go website.. For me its not playing any content, the icon just keep circling.. Thank you in advance |

At first I thought it was that D-Link 850 that play funny, so I removed the router and setup PPPoE connection to the fiber modem directly from a laptop. Still...with the same problem...even after IP renewal several times. Clock and location for all devices connected were checked with proper setting. All these only start happening early December this month and only on my Unifi. Have no problem accessing through my umobile data connection Actually I saw few users on Google Play Store complaining on Astro Go regarding this georestriction. Not sure if TM's recent DNS infra upgrade has anything to do with this. I think I will give it a month or so first to see if it goes away...else i'd have to try my luck calling them TM |
