What I heard the TCU update is for new IRIZ, old IRIZ does not get updated.

I get the wengwengweng sound when i accelerate then let go of the accelerator. Gears 2 and 3 mostly

I agree with you man, my rattling has been going on for ages and every time I take it to a workshop it returns. So far I've only sent it to Senaxis.

hi all, did anyone changed to iridium sparks plug for iriz before? can share with me the brand and model name suitable for iriz? I checked a few shops seems like we cant use normal campro plugs, and no available iridium plug for iriz at the moment beside HKS brand (which cost rm140x4=RM 560 for one set)

i think you can hear it clearly also on 1st gear till 5th.. do you know what that sound is? have u send to sc to verify the sound? i told my sc and they told me " vvt operating  aka vvt kick on yooo"..

when i service 50k last week, sc told me to not to use iridium when i ask him to change to iridium instead of standard spark plug.. but they won't allow me to change it even though i ask them to use it(because i'm the one who pay for it)

now mine is getting worse.. my driver seat squeaking like hell, if i move a bit it will make noisy.. already send to sc to fix it but after few hours, it came back worse than before. Now i can hear whole concert while driving ( dashboard rattling, seat squeaking, engine krik3, engine weng3 ).. damn..

For starters, we mentioned in our earlier post that the new Proton Iriz will receive a blacked-out roof. From the photo, the blacked-out roof is evident, though the actual car also gets blacked-out side mirrors and front grille top garnish. We also noticed that the blacked-out parts have a glossy finish to it, not just unpainted. The presence of LED DRLs indicate that this could be a range-topping 1.6-litre Iriz, though the actual variant remains to be seen.

Under the skin, we can expect the Iriz to feature the same NVH enhancements as the Persona. On top of that, the 3 point engine mount system of the Persona will find its way to the Iriz. The new engine mount set up is designed to reduce the engine and transmission vibrations from entering the cabin. Elsewhere, the TCU software from the Persona will be applied to the Iriz as well.

guys, few question regarding renew insurance (again ). i use etiqa takaful to quote my insurance. do it online only. so now i got few doubts:

- how much is the OK amount to insured for window?
- the car price on the market currently at 33k. can i put 33k? what happen if i put lower? usually how much do u guys put?

just follow the insruance company guide line , do not under insured the amount that they suggest .
else if anything happen , claim will not be 100%
