Ouch, i want to say DB/DC (row 5, row 9) and DT/OR (row 11) but the IVs are honestly too low.
If and only if you have loads of candies to spare and the dust to match it should it be powered up.
Row 4,6,8 have better IVs but you lose out on the charged move.

Farm somemore, hope to get good IV with DT/OR for now....

well, you know as well as we do, only high IV DT/O is worth powering up.

I'd also power up high IV DB/DC for attackers. Failing that, I would power up others to stay in gym as defenders since I got not many above 3k CP.

in your list, maybe the 91% DT/HB or 89% SW/O for attackers.

For attack, moveset is more important than IV. If you feel it is low on CP (HP) and have candy to spare. Power it pass 100 HP. it will be very usable, I have one D9 of worst IV at CP2200+ with DB+DC, and it can take out cp3300 D9 without problem.

would you evolve a CP 161, IV 100% Machop??

Dratini's with 90+ IV are rarer than unown these days
Since Gen 2 started... never caught anything above 80%

I have enuf candy and dust to max just one existing D9 so taking a more methodical approach and share abit on my findings.

I've pitted each D9 powered to my max lvl 36.5 against a level 38.5 Blissey with Zen headbutt and dazzling gleam using pokebattler (dodge charge moves only)

Note that it's easier to approximate the simulated results with fast moves like dbreath and dclaw since it assumes perfect charge move dodging.

There will be a lot more human error to factor in for longer moves. The more health remaining/shorter time taken = more buffer for human error.

Also added my best attacker now and mana-tau-strike-lottery 100% D9 with Dragontail Outrage to benchmark.

Was up and running when I logged in about 12.30pm and is fine until now.

I will as I have the candies and it is only 125 candies to a machamp.

I have 2 magikarps. Both are 100% IV...but one CP49 and another CP10. Yes I very suei luck and I dunno what to do with both. It is 400 candies each!!!

Mana tau... dratini hatching from eggs are as common as pineco based on silph road's research... lol...

I did hatch 2 dratinis last week.. both 75%

but I don't have enough stardust to pump it to lvl 35.

Bro, what have u spent your dust on? U just evolved a d9; how many lax n blissey have u powered up? I'm just wondering what mons you have powered up.

Before nerfed, powered up Lapras to 2300 CP. Used to be CP2600.

Snorlax to CP2500 ....

Gyarados DT/O from lvl 20 to CP3000, my first 3k mon.

I dare not power up a 161CP machop ..... it will take at least 150k stardust to reach lvl35.

edit: btw, I got a 96% Chansey but level 22 only, should I evolve????
