I usually hatch them directly everytime I got a 10km egg with a purchased incubator.

Did you evolve from high CP charmander?

Dayummm, that is some insane luck. Additionally scanner are unable to show pokemon CP, IV and moveset.
Same here, caught zero Charizard.

Candy la apa lagi... u wanna raise it up from 47CP meh.

Nowadays during grind.... I straight transfer without appraisal if the CP range is below lvl 28 or so... save myself from the dilemma.

Good news, level 28 and above now eligible.  Some raids are available at 11am later!  Check your game!
