Aiyah I changed all in Taipei & also remaining few hundreds at Taiyuan airport hours ago...now only left about NT$30
Just change everything to US$ 1st & thereafter there are atleast 5-6 money changers (Banks) located inside the airports. All having same rate..just change anyone u wish...However at airport, they will follow actual market rate minus NT$30 as commission. At Taipei, They follow to the nearest cent but no commission at all...
