Maogong Cable Car Station is nearby ZOO Taipei, within the walking distance. (5-10mins only) You can take the MRT to the last station (Taipei Zoo), take the BROWN Color Metro MRT line. :-)

the cable car in wulai is to go up to the amusement park. there have like rides and parks to walk around. if the website is updated the price to go up with amusement park entrance ticket cost NTD220, not including the amusement park rides. some bloggers/forummers said it's not worth the money to go though. but i would like to try the visitor train around wulai. sounds fun.

Well, I skipped Wulai & thus can't comment much.. haha... Originally intended to but due to time constraint i.e 6D5N - inc one day to Huelian & Another to Yehliu/Jiufen, only left wth 2 days for real Taipei. (The other 2 days were flight days which can be burnt liao

the cable car in wulai need pay money wan.... is per way only and u at the junction when u wanna go the waterfall..... u need pay around NT30 perway.... so it advisable to take the cable go waterfall as it very tiring to walk there then when back to city, u use foot to back instead of cable car as u can view the scenery.....

If you guys are going to Taiwan, sun-moon lake, be sure to get the travellers guide. If you notice the back of the page of the book, there is stamping that you can do. Go around the area to find for all the stamp. I was notified that there are 300++ stamps around Taiwan. If you guys noticed, even the tourist centre has stamping in their respective centres.

Travellers guide book are unique in different areas. Remember to get a copy of it smile.gif Happy holiday.

(*I just came back from Taiwan)
