Keelung is just a passingby town..Nothing much there. I saw the Wai Sek Kai too but no interest bcos stomach still full..haha..Yilan is a small town on the way from Taipei towards Hualien..passing by via train, I dun see anything interesting there too..
But for me Taroko gorge is a must which u skip? U can spend 1 hr go round Keeluing & i think enuf dy or probably 2hrs having lunch there while you switch from Yeh Liu to jiufen or vice-versa. Try allocated 1 full day to Taroko gorge & chin Sui cliff...one of my best natural landscape.. |

Any plan to go for next Version for this thread as it grows very long liao...Just my thought only. This post has been edited by transit: Apr 20 2010, 05:53 PM |

Yeah..Lucky i saw the cliff photos from one of the tourist info link which I posted on pg1. Therefore during the negotiation wth the taxi driver, i re-checked whether he does Chin Sui Cliff.which he told me not..So I personally requested for this knowing it's not so far from taroko mani entrance ~ 5-6km away nia

Are you exporter of the besuty product to Taiwan? If yes, just use normal freight forwader service will do. U can even bring in animals this way.
Otherwise for normal usage..any liquid >100ml, just dump inside your check-in bag-lah..Dun hand carry..otherwise...not only in Taiwan, even in KLIA, they will ask you to throw it away! |
