this case is very similar to south city plaza, they build a condo above the mall and after few years the mall is still shit...hopefully no body fall into this trap

The service apartment is built on the open air car park not above the mall in this case, but if so the mall will be blocked unless the new owner change the main entrance direction to face Persiaran Mahkota 1.

IMO..its not a good idea too...this area is not suitable to build condo..i really dont understand why they buy the mall to redesign it into a servide apartment...why not just buy a new land and build a real condo...but maybe others will accept it, for me its a NO cool2.gif

As long as there is a reasonably big shopping mall within BMC, I won't mind under what form they exist. tongue.gif

Sorry bro I have no much details on this, everything still at prelim and pre-plan stage till we see the hoarding is up.
I was under impression it will be a brand new mall replacing AEON however they said developer has studied the competitive landscape and think that housing development will have better returns.

Depart from house at 6.56am, reach office at 7.36am, 40 minutes drive for normally one hour drive, if not because of jam at the Salak Highway, definately can do it within 30 minutes, seem that more and more drivers has opted to MRT, way to go MRT rclxms.gif

But it will be very convenience for people, walking distance to buy or eat. Then take a bus to MRT and work.
For people with big family of course is better to stay in landed.

Yesterday, park my car at MRT Bukit Dukung (enter follow feeder bus, turn right into car park in front of exit to Jalan Cheras).

Found that the toilet in a mess, people throw their junk food into basin mad.gif
First class facilities with low class mentality!!

Meet few friends with their families from the same taman, everyone want to go shopping via MRT. Th train come but no place to sit, everyone think a like tongue.gif

Expect the ridership of MRT will be more than Saturday (143,000+ ridership).

Also found out that while waiting MRT to go home, only Kajang bound MRT is packed but Sg Buloh bound MRT no many people, population is concentrated in Cheras and Kajang not Sg Buloh and Damansara I suppose.
