Glad to hear that, but I notice that traffic still slow moving at Leisure Mall based on what I saw from MRT on Tuesday, hope the jam will gone one day.

BMC AEON Car Park area will build Serviced Apartments / Condo Units. Will be more congested at the bottlenecks later.

Yup. Still jam at that area, but not complete standstill. and good news is no longer jam at Cheras Sentral junction

By the time the condo completed, EKVE should be completed and provide alternative exit to from mahkota.

Just the car park area for Condo Tower. Existing AEON premise will be converted into lifestyle shops. This is current plan and subjected to change. Reason is costs to demolish the building can be huge, so they will just start pile for new construction on the open space first. AEON already sign-off to check out by this September, doing stock clearance now and most of the shops (Caring Pharmancy, Eatery etc) is renewing their contract on monthly basis and will closed down by phases.

last weekend the 2nd floor already kena sapu almost finish ...see ady also no mood buy, like pasar malam.
Caring pharmacy also doing sales but when i look at the price only cheap by 20-80 cent(gatsby wax and deodorant)

Roughly when the lifestyle shops will be open to public? got cinema?

Service apartments will take 3 years to build, the new buyer won't want to waste 3 years I suppose, folks got to shop very close to construction site loh

Hi everyone,

I'm currrently searching for own-stay property and never been to BMC before.
Some of the apartment listed in BMC are within my budget of 400k namely Green Acre Park and Evergreen Park for a size of 1000sqft above. Anyone staying there might shed a light on the area pro's and con's ? Seems cheap confused.gif Much help needed.
