568 unit at 8 condos over 9 acres land, 2,800+ people will live there or about 63 unit per acre.

Only Green Acre (704 unit) and Garden Park (704 unit) can beat it.

From construction details i suppose it is total 568 units for the 8 blocks.
So incremental population is still acceptable.
And the pointer do not have the details, is this a completed project?
What is the project name if you would know?
Lavender is already in the pipeline AFAIK.

This condo under construction should be completed by year 2020, no name yet but expect another "Green" series I suppose.
The first "Green" series condo has been completed since year 1997, one of the favour of UTAR students. The last "Green" series is Green View Residence, not sure it is at the tallest point or Lavender Residence.

Noted thanks looks to be Lavendar Residence to me.
It sells quietly and many parents bought for their kids.

Too many red brick a bit boring, where got 20 years, Greenview completed 1o years ago only lah.

Really miss the Classic English Tudor styling bungalow and semi dees.

Facing brick is nice
But when there some small developer start construct the houses with their own style then bandar sg long the original identity started losing already

If the development sitting on the split mountain is no good . The access is created by split up the mountain/hill
The access road facing in front highway always accident too
