QUOTE(Palmwalker001 @ Mar 13 2017, 11:18 AM) Based on my observation they clear the land for driving range and develop the existing driving range into residential area, total land size for the existing driving range approximately 9 acres. here? greedy this place is for practicing golf...the golf course would never be perfect anymore This post has been edited by highburybaby: Mar 13 2017, 11:41 AM |

QUOTE(Palmwalker001 @ Mar 13 2017, 11:29 AM) Yup, just wonder if driving range eat into golf course proper will this affect the 18 holes golf club status/ set up you mean the practicing area is originally residential land?Driving range land already a residential land even as late as 2009, Shl has "patiently" waited for quite some time d then, i suppose the whole golf course should also be residential title..isnt it? |

QUOTE(Palmwalker001 @ Mar 15 2017, 03:15 PM) The main problem is lack of parking lots, furthermore many shop owners/operator occupy it illegally. Based on reports MPKJ encourage people to report summon for shop owner is RM1,000 per time. bomba land is the red circle or blue circle??? The 2 big car parks will still remain right? QUOTE(Palmwalker001 @ Mar 15 2017, 04:48 PM) For sure can't therefore Seksyen 7 BMC car park is required, however I forsee many Utarian still will try their luck to park as close as possible. I dont understand the BMC parking plan...If the utarian stay in BMC, why would they go to park at BMC and take the bus to UTAR...They will rather walk to the bus station and wait the bus coming...for utarian who live in sg long, why would they drive to BMC and park there, then take the bus back to sg long the bmc parking plan only suit the outsider utarian and i wonder how many utarian will park at BMC instead of sg long This post has been edited by highburybaby: Mar 15 2017, 04:58 PM |

QUOTE(Palmwalker001 @ Mar 15 2017, 04:59 PM) I think BMC parking is for those not stay in Sg Long eg Balakong, BMC, Serdang etc, those stay near by UTAR either can walk, cycle or drive (depend on luck for parking). But most important, Pasar Pagi & Malam no more blocking the traffic, cleaner environment is expected. yes.. solve the pasar pagi and pasar malam...Utarian can take public transport such as utar bus, rapid kl and maybe mrt bus if available soon This post has been edited by highburybaby: Mar 15 2017, 05:57 PM |

QUOTE(airwolf2010 @ Mar 17 2017, 08:58 AM) should ask the government to build a multistory carpark and a modern wet market. there is a new market in BMC but apparently has became white white elephantthen it will solve the problem forever.. and this two building will create more business opportunities as well.. |
