Well, they've got 5 years to prove otherwise, or succumb to it. laugh.gif

Not to say I'm overly optimistic or whatever. Let Pakatan prove themselves by their action if they're willing to walk the talk or not.

I wonder why always link AK with world cup?

I am asking this because when I booked AK property. I was given the calander "golal of 2018" AK road to russia calander. This is before GE14 result.

They mentioned they will sponsor world cup coverage was before the GE14 from the calander.

Ever since YB Lim came up with the 64 land plot expose, a few members here highlighted the world cup coverage sponsor aspect and wondered if AK will be off the hook.

I have repeatedly said that the courts will only be lenient with them if they happen to end up guilty together with the DBKL officers who are involved. I also mentioned that Pakatan will be seen as corrupt if they were to interfere in the case to get AK absolved and I'm sure that is the last thing that'll cross their minds.

the issue was early work permit was issued to the developer had expired.
I think just renew it then will continue biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Yeah. It'll just continue.

Piling already completely done. Now they even have build the foundation already. I don't think it's possible to scrap the project and what DBKL gonna do with the land if it's really halted? Resell it to developer? The plot used to be a public football field for those kids to play btw

and the padang bola actually already replace at beside Masjid...

now is just the grey timing after changed gov only...


all new MPs want to show they work, sensitive abit... just wait some times...

That may be true, but someone posted a FMT news link from last year where the residents nearby complained that replacement football field was charging a higher fee compared to the ex-football field that is now this project.

They could've just negotiated with DBKL to lower the fee, but so far I did not come across an article of them doing so.

Since the govt of the day is Pakatan, they can get their MP to pressure DBKL to lower it? hmm.gif

Can you ask the agent to answer this ? Land search done on 4th july still show it is DBKL land even thought pindah milik done? This letter is right it seems but if they pay on 16th may, shouldnt the name sinar juta appear instead of DBKL.

Very fishy i felt. Why do you all think?

Making and sticking by a decision is considered corruption?

So which scenario is better? Cancel the project outright and risk getting sued by both the developer and the buyers, thus having use taxpayers' money to settle it, or just let it proceed and negotiate with the developer on a replacement football field (or other CSR initiatives)?

Not surprised why both the mayor and Khalid Samad chose the latter option.

Was thinking the land name in sinar juta name because they the developer.. But still under DBKL..
Why no one make this issues... I wonder hmm.gif

Negotiate on developer paying higher revalue land premium? Pay back DO? Readjust the density/plot ratio?

We all still dont know. Old vs New government fighting and buyers suffer in between.

Hope new buyer avoid this until resolve.
