Definitely less than 50m. One of the tower is exactly beside the land plot. Referring to the google maps location in page 3, if u move slightly southwards, the htc buffer zone from the existing landed houses to the htc tower is slightly less than 30m.

Ignoring the buffer zone, the total land area is 5 acres. If omit the buffer zone, total land area is around 4.7 acres.

The approx 4.7 acres is really condensed for 1840 units...

Submit booking chq today, as at yesterday 300+ booking cheques already.

They open 1 block first, second block will be opened at different period, sometime 3rd quarter of this year.

Not too sure which block they open first, my view should be the one facing facilities & HTC & cemetery though, the one facing KL view should be sold at higher price after launching first block

What are the info u received? Unit size? Est. Price? So far none of the agents i know have any details for it.

RM360 after rebate, unit size is 950 sqft.

Not much info except what you have already know. Desa Tun Razak launching date is 8th April. For BTR end of April will let us know launch date and location. Thats all I know.

Do you have any drawing on this? I mean how is the block looks like on helicopter view? i heard facing facility view is also having rumawip view (rumawip will block the HTC view).

I think we should not treat these 2 as 1 project because they are separated. Separate entrance and facilities and separated by one road. I will just imagine this new condo is building next to a high dense flat. However, i do agree it is high dense but again ask yourself if this is low density will they sell you at RM360K+ ? So give and take lor.

No HTC view because it will be blocked by rumawip

Besides htc, got any indah water/cemetery that nearby this project?

Can't walk to any public transport such as lrt?

got cemetery view also.. so you must be early bird to choose the unit you wanted or else only left bad facing unit. Can't walk to any MRT (~3km) and LRT (~1.1km)
