anyone has more detail on this project? I have been told by agent that the condo is not sharing facilities with rumahwip. In that sense it may worth to consider.

Thanks for the clarification. My another question is how near is this new condo to the HTC? If this project is directly in front of BP petrol, then it is really near to HTC. Or Rumahwip will block the HTC and how to block?

It won't be surprise the lower sibling be located nearer to HTC.
The HTC is located at the side of this old football field, nearer to the slope to Tmn Mulia.

The further away from HTC view, the closer to Midah factory/cemetery view. A trade off depends on one's preference....

Do you have any drawing on this? I mean how is the block looks like on helicopter view? i heard facing facility view is also having rumawip view (rumawip will block the HTC view).

I think we should not treat these 2 as 1 project because they are separated. Separate entrance and facilities and separated by one road. I will just imagine this new condo is building next to a high dense flat. However, i do agree it is high dense but again ask yourself if this is low density will they sell you at RM360K+ ? So give and take lor.

No HTC view because it will be blocked by rumawip

got cemetery view also.. so you must be early bird to choose the unit you wanted or else only left bad facing unit. Can't walk to any MRT (~3km) and LRT (~1.1km)

Just a question. If number will be given upfront, why ppl (previous project) still need to queue up a night before or very early? I don't quite get it.

I think with this density it will not appreciate much.. it also depends on how good it looks after completion.. Hard to tell.

you can't go wrong with this location. HTC is not a concern (not that near come on !). Cemetery also no smell (only got sound and wind). No matter what race going to buy this condo, just don't rent it to black ppl.

i have no experience for such a high density condo.. my experience on 700+ unit was not bad. if they only has one entrance then i will pening rclxub.gif however, i heard they wanted to apply for 2 entrance so pray hard they will make it.. i heard 15 units per floor and 5 lifts. Sounds ok to me.

I did research health concerns from living near HTC, but so far no conclusive evidence to serious health issues?

This area mainly malay, but at least not too urban. The sales person said so far all Cines booked. Take their word with a pinch of salt?

Regarding density, ie Ayuman Suite at Jln Gombak is low density, surrounded by greenery, quiet place with more young adults less family, but surrounding area is ehem. For me is 50/50 familiarity with that area but not too confident about chinese food (food is important for me). But again, depends on your area of preference. Good location or not is up to each individual's preference. Could be easy access to city center, or surrounded by greenery, or hotspot golden triangle.
