Let me share my 2 cents for the projects at the area (Holmes, Hamstead, Jujur).

In terms of view, Holmes should have the best view facing north & west due to lake & klcc (ignore the slight htc view). Jujur's lake view is limited & klcc blocked by Holmes. Hamstead might able to see klcc if very high floor (different line of sight with Holmes).

In terms of morning rush hour traffic, if u drive to KL work, Holmes will be the best, followed by Jujur & Hamstead. However if u're driving towards MidValley aka Salak Highway, Hamstead location will be ideal, followed by Jujur then Holmes.

HTC further away... and this project just beside the hukm road only.... no need jam from inside traffic light to come out.... go KL i think also easier than hamsteak

Just a question. If number will be given upfront, why ppl (previous project) still need to queue up a night before or very early? I don't quite get it.

may i know usually how much price appreciation will be? pre launch and after launch? given there's still unsold units left

he confirmed no need line up since already got queue number. when your number is called only you go in and select unit.

yea holmes 1... generally razakmas and holmes 1 better location... but not sure about the pricing.... should be higher than holmes 2?

not all project they use the same method... if not mistaken the henge is take number on that day... first come first serve basis....

I think with this density it will not appreciate much.. it also depends on how good it looks after completion.. Hard to tell.

Do you have the layout of the block facing? I mean not the official 1.. i heard it will be like L shape and rumawip is also L shape. I just not clear on how is the position of the L shape.
