Iflix updated their login process.
Previously Unifi users were log in automatically even for the very first time.
Now, they want us to register your login with your email for the very first time.
They will link your email to the Unifi account.
Subsequently you will be log in automatically.
If got problem and they prompt you the log in screen, just log in with your email address and you will be in.
The email log in will link to your mobile number.
If your mobile number has been used before in Iflix, get Iflix Support to recover for you.

i got my 50mbps Unifi in Jan 2017 and just able to check the "surprise" on March 1 and was prompt "Your Unifi will be upgraded from February 2017 onwards".

I think it should be a mistake that some are getting the jumbo instead of free upgrade. You just follow up with TM again. But if for high rise then might be different story.

As long as your Unifi was installed before 28 Feb 2017, then you are entitled to the free upgrade.

The free upgrade is until you terminate it while The Jumbo pack is only for 1 year, after that you have to pay for it.

How do I update the mobile number and email address in occ.unifi? The top field in MyProfile doesn't have a Update button like the others.

1 Feb , reported to TM ady on 1 March but they still giving jumbo pack to me today

I installation and actiated date on 22 Feb 2017. They offer me jumbo and webe only. I'm in landed property anyway.
