Even jumbo pack upgrade also need to wait, mine stated "start" on March, until now also no jumbo pack, no notification or email SMS what so ever

Myself and all of my neighbours got the same message. No SMS nor email received. I asked at the occ and they replied that I qualify for the 30-50 upgrade. So just have to wait.

Just try to create account and login. Then at home. Check your account and subscription status. If it showed one year from that date..wallaaa..1 year free. If not, you can contact iFlix and find out more

why confuse...that means your account will be upgraded...just that no exact date given

The connection seems a little strange on the latency and the upload. High latency to local servers compared before upgrade. (from less than 5ms before and now above 10ms)

Upload remain unchanged @ 10Mbps. Should I call TM to report on this issue?
