Same here. I asked and I was told that I am in the 2nd batch, due in June 2017.

I was one of the very early birds to register for the free upgrade. Know 2 friends in KL who got their upgrades a few weeks ago. None of my friends in Sarawak got the upgrade yet. Wondering whether those in Sarawak and Sabah are treated as 9th class citizens/customers.

Thus want to find out how many in Sarawak and Sabah have got the free upgrade now. ZERO? All due in June?

I'm from Miri and went to ask at tmpoint and they can't do anything about it. Sarawakians are lowest level human beings in Malaysia maybe haha.

I will write to the MD on this unfair treatment. Complaint to the PAffair dept will just stop there.

Sometimes one needs to bring it up to the top guy's level to raise the awareness about the poor customers like us down the chain.

my unifi just been upgraded from VIP10 to Advanced 30.

does it mean my line no longer has the unlimit call to other TM line?

what is the "Voice STD 20 (Free)" stands for?

mine in botanic klang by right should go to 100, but now even 50mbps the speed is even slower than before.

I'm using 50Mbps and still waiting for free upgrade to 100Mbps.

However, my friend who is from KK too just got upgraded from 30 to 50Mbps yesterday.

Dug back my old posts. Apparently, if without the button means there are free 600 minutes calls. If with that "Click to Add" button next to Voice STD 20 (Free), that means no free calls. It's no longer unlimited for Advance plans.

I just checked mine again, it's there again after removed in 2016. I think after free upgrade to 50Mbps. Didn't notice it earlier.

Wtf tm delayed my 100mbps free upgrade to june. They promised me march now they delay until june. I paying rm250 for 50mbps and i know most of u guys paying rm170.

To add salt to my injury, I am paying rm199 for 30 Mbps while some in WMsia are paying only rm179.

Thanks, mine is without the "Click to Add" button, guess have the 600min voice call bundle per month. Will monitor and see in the coming month

Anyone having lag issues?? My wifi is working but have some lag going on..... around 300 - 1000ms..... Currently at Sri Petaling.

I'm having lag issue too. Since this week. Ping spike.
