omg. My unifi is Disconnecting every few minutes.

those whom already got their free upgrade. Did ur upload speed get upgrade as well? I got my upgrade but my upload speed is still the same. Only download change

I just realize UNIFI no capped the speed of utorrent software. While Streamyx got. hmm.gif

Mine Streamyx 4Mbps and my office Streamyx 2Mbps use Utorrent always capped speed, it won't go more than 20kbps. Then 2 of my friend use uTorrent no problem at all.
I was force to use VPN to bypass that restriction.

no idea....

last time while i was using LAN and reformatting my pc....suddenly line is dead...

at first i thought router haywire....but reset everything turn off and on again after few hours still orange....

so i call 100 directly...then only told got maintenance...jilake

really? no issue as far as remember when using UT....
speed is consistent at 1mbps+-~

probably depend on seeder and sharing user?

My upgrade is 30mbps but I use different devices to test max only can reach 28mbps. Sould I complaint to tm?

That's the normal speed for 30Mbps, we call it Club 28 here. laugh.gif
Nope, you can't complain. I complained before and technician came and said it is normal. TM's promised speed is 80% which is 24Mbps and even MCMC stated 90%, that's 27Mbps and 28Mbps is above both requirements.

If you complain now, it will charge you RM 53 for technician to come to your place. When I complained mine, this thing wasn't effected yet.

So live with it. smile.gif

50Mbps is Club 47 by the way. laugh.gif
