Playing game then suddenly dc. Arghh. Without warning. Calling them now but still could not connect to their staff. Already 15 min waiting on the line. Lol. Btw my location Jalan semarak.

Same problem here at jalan kent.is the unifi down? I can't get through their call center. 😡

They you should just stick to TM provided router. It's almost impossible to get any router better than dual band router TM provided.

Can I ask if the Wi-Fi router provided by TM Unifi can connect to WD external USB hard disk and do cctv video recording or not?

USB ext-HD, yes, CCTV recording...hmmm never tried, but I guess the possibility is there

Personally I dont bother to check on firmware, unless there is an issue, nothing broken...remain as modus operandi

You could get acceptable quality dual band router around 300 and good enough for most consumer around 500-600.

If you don't mind the brand, yes you can get other ac router below 200

Just buy the router from TM. Their router is the cheapest AC router that you can find now. It only costs RM200.
