How long does the item take to ship if buy from eBay? For Sony's case, there's only limited options on local shopping website. Haiz. I have been using flip case for my phone in the last 4 yrs. Dropped it a few times, not a single scratch / dent on the phone. I have to say that I am quite a careful user. Haha. I bought the case from Pasar Malam last time. Buy, for xzp / xzs, it's quite hard to get it from Pasar Malam nowadays
I always use flipcase for all my phones. I much prefer it over the back cases. This is also the reason why I had never like having any SP on my phones. I usually buy these from eBay in range of rm40-60. It usually depend on angle of fall and type of surface your phone will hit. So any strong case is not a guarantee of protection.
Did you find that the flipcase doesnt fit the phone well ? I have just received a flipcase bought from taobao ytd . I found that it doesnt fit the phone well as i am using the cheap 3d full coverage screen protector for my phone . When i put the phone inside the casing , i heard the krak krak sound . This is caused by the screen protector itself because the raised lip is not thick enough . Any good flipcase brand suggestion ?

I am fine with my flipcase. I don't use and don't believe in SP. I don't bother much about their quality as us cheap stuff. As long it fits well and doesn't cover-up those exposed parts is good enough for me

Yeah definitely better than s8 as XZP has more solid area to absorb the shock...
Btw the test not really accurate as most of the screen bottom test, the screen didnt hit the floor first. Most of the time is the edge of the phone hits the floor first.

My last Sony device was the Z3 Tablet Compact. Awesome device but same problem as most other Sony products - overpriced and lack of third party accessories. I'll probably wait for this device to hit the RM2.5k mark or below before trying

The glass is more fragile if drop from edges, that's why any lab test always test at the middle. That's what happen to my wife Xperia XA Ultra. My kid dropped and the bottom near the charging port hits the cement, the glass not survive.
